Positive: Lovely little hotel in Bruges, comfortable with a lovely shower room, great location for exploring the city. Everything is automated so didn't actually see any staff but the wasn't an issue for us. Communication was good prior to arrival and secure paid car park on site was extremely handy Negative: Nothing of note
